Why Can't I Get a Replacement or Refund?

In which cases you don’t give replacements and refunds?

Answer: We do not provide a replacement or refund to the customer if:

  • Your account has been banned for one of the following reasons: flaming, AFK, racism, hack soft, scripts, intentional feeding, unacceptable behavior.
  • You have not contacted the support team and opened a dispute. In this case, it is better to come to a mutual understanding as there is a chance that you will lose the dispute and get no replacement as a result.
  • On many of our FAQ pages, we keep telling that once you have questions or issues with your game account, be sure to contact our customer support team. We are not robots; we are human beings and are trying to help our customers in every possible way.
