Getting a Replacement or Refund

Can I get a replacement or refund if there’s something wrong with my account?

Answer: There are conditions under which we provide a replacement or refund to the customer:

    My account is alright, but I don’t really like it and want to replace it with another. Is it possible?

    Yes, it is possible if you are a regular customer on our website and have not yet verified your own email address on the purchased account.

    How does the account replacement process go?

    How does the refund process go?

    Just like the replacement process, but in this case you get your refund in 1 to 3 days. The money is returned via the payment method that has been previously used when purchasing the account.
